Self-Myofascial Release: Your Choice.

Mobility: Wall Quad Stretch, 2 minutes each side.

Dynamic Warm-up: 10-15 of each: Cat Camel, Cat Stretches, Back Leg Swings, Leg Swings, Hip Swings, Squat to Stand

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 Air Squats

10 Burpees

10 Ring Rows

    Is the only class on Friday the 7am on the google calendar or is there still a 530pm with Arrus?
