Elizabeth Edmonds. CrossFit Endurance Coach, CrossFit Coach.
Liz is a former member turned trainer of CFCC and is most known for her delicate eye for good running form and her uncanny ability to decimate the hardest of metcons. As our CrossFit Endurance coach, Liz holds weekly sessions programmed to help advanced and new runners perform their best. She also offers more personalized coaching for those planning on competing for specific endurance events and runs a great blog about her experience with this coaching. In addition to CrossFit Endurance, Coach Liz also teaches regular CrossFit classes for CFCC as well, cooks a great dinner, and is preparing to be an Occupational Therapist.
What is Crossfit? CrossFit is the practice of intensity and joy.
Most memorable CFCC moment? Steve forgetting the pull-ups in Fran, Neha getting 60lbs overhead, Rachel having the best met-con time while 8 months pregnant, first pull-ups, and anyone squatting below parallel for the first time.
Goals for your own training? To not question myself.
Hobbies outside of training? Cooking, learning, and reading.
