CROGA with Tim at 10am.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY with Tim at 11am.

INTRO TO OLY with Jim 12-130pm.

ADVANCED OLY with Jim 2-4pm.

Reid, at the CrossFit Love Summer Classic, sets up for a clean.

SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll and Lax Ball as needed, til 10 past.

MOBILITY: Wall Quad Stretch, 1 minute each side. Lunged Position Windmills, 2 rotations in every direction on both sides.

DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Agility Ladder Skills – 5 minutes.

STRENGTH: Farmer’s Walk – try out the handles and work up to something heavy you can do with good form for 30ft. A walk where you put the handles down before you make it 30ft. doesn’t count.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Push Press 135/95 lbs
Rotational Ball Slams RT 20/14 lbs
Rotational Ball Slams LT 20/14 lbs
