HYBRID OLY 7-9am, 530-730pm with Sammy.

ADVANCED OLY, 9-11am, 730-930pm with Jim.

CROGA with Tim 1pm and 6pm.

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Lax Ball Shoulders, 3 minutes.

MOBILITY: Wall Quad Stretch, 1 minute each side. Pec Roll “Y” and “T”, 30 seconds each side, each arm.

DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Boz Overhead Squat Warm-up.

STRENGTH: Barbell Press, up to a peak of 1 (for speed).

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

TO BE COMPLETED FROM THE FLOOR.

Set up a bar and complete 3 rounds of 1 minutes of work of each movement for max reps:

Press, 75% of your peak of 1 for the day.

Overhead Squat, use the same bar.

Rest.
