CROSSFIT ENDURANCE with Liz at 9am

FOUNDATIONS with Liz at 10am

INTRO to OLY with Jim 1030-12p

WORKOUT OF THE DAY at 11am

GYMNASTICS with Sammy at 12pm

Strategizing before the workout. It doesn’t have to be EVERY workout – but knowing what EXACTLY you want to try to accomplish with your training on any given day is smart.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

SMR: 5 mins, as needed
Mobility: ankle mobs x 10/side, spiderman stretch x 1 min/side
Dynamic Warm-up: rowing drills, row 5 mins @ 75% effort
Wod: 5x500m.  Rest 2:00mins between intervals.  Row 2-3 secs slower than TT from 7/7
