MOBILITY FOR THE POSITION: Check how your bridge is feeling, 5 minutes.  Pick some shoulder mobility movements that we’ve taught you before to try to make this better.  If you’re not sure what to choose, ask your Coach 🙂

STRENGTH: Work with your Coach on any drills, skills, and rep schemes that they think may be relevant to helping you get better at this version of the

FOR QUALITY: Take at least 5 minutes and at most 10 minutes, to complete as many Toes to Bar as you can (Strict or Kipping are allowed).  A scale to an L-raise or Knee Tuck Variant is also allowed.  Write your number completed and variant used on the board.
