CONDITIONING with Tim at 630a-7a.
HYBRID OLYMPIC LIFTING with Sammy from 7-9am and 530-730pm.
ADVANCED OLYMPIC LIFTING with Jim from 9-11am and 730-930pm.
CROGA with Tim at 6pm.

MOBILITY FOR THE POSITION: Practice the Bridge, 5 minutes.

SKILL WORK: Hang Power Snatch

STRENGTH: Work with your Coach on any drills, skills, and rep schemes that they think may be relevant to helping you get better at this version of the Snatch.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING: 5 attempts at a 100m sprint on the erg.  Share the erg with other members as rest.  Otherwise, rest anywhere from 1-2 minutes between efforts.  Record time for all attempts.
