HYBRID OLYMPIC LIFTING with Sammy from 7-9am and 530-730pm
ADVANCED OLYMPIC LIFTING with Jim from 9-11am and 730-930pm
CROGA with Tim at 6pm

STRENGTH: Work up to peak of 2 for the Hang Snatch.

FOR QUALITY: 30 Reps STRICT Toes to Bar. If you cannot complete these to full Range of Motion, perform and L-Raise Variation.
