WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

Past times we’ve done “Christine”

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: As needed, 5 minutes.

MOBILITY: Coaches’ Choice, Specific to Lower Leg and Glutes.

ACTIVATION: Take 5 minutes and work up to a peak set of 2 for the Box Jump.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

“CHRISTINE” 3 Rounds For Time: 500m Row 12 Deadlift (BW – if bodyweight is not an fast option for you, scale to 50% of your max) 21 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

POSTURAL RESTORATION: Band Assisted Hamstring Stretching and Straddle, 5 minutes.
