    Personally I think it’s a great bench marking WOD. I loved it and would love it more if I can improve my time.

    I loved it except my running time is what held me back. I’m not an endurance runner–I’m more of an interval sprinter–so it took me FOR.EV.ER to do the runs. Otherwise, I felt like I could’ve done a full murph instead of half.
