Please note…MONDAY CLASSES are as follows (if the class isn’t listed, we AREN’T having it):

Noon, 430pm, 630pm WORKOUT OF THE DAY (Back Squat, peak of 1) – Tim
530pm CROGA – Tim
Capped at 6 people per class from 1-230pm, 230-4pm, and 430-6pm, Intro to Olympic Lifting – Jim

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll Hips and Upper Back, 3 minutes.
MOBILITY: Box Assisted 90/90, 1 minute each side.
POSTURE AND STABILITY: Single Leg Squat Hold, 1 minute each side.
ACTIVATION: For 3 minutes, practice: Cook Squats (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eC6pUkBpKNs), 5 Reps alternated with Jump Squats, 5 reps

STRENGTH: Back Squat, up to a peak of 1.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: Tabata Air Squats, for MAX REPS.
