WORKOUT OF THE DAY at 9am : with Tim.
CROGA at 10am: with Tim.
CONDITIONING ONLY at 11am (the same as the workout of the day today): with Tim.
ADVANCED CLASS 12-2pm (SAY GOODBYE TO TARA with a WORKOUT of HER CHOOSING!) with Tim.
ADVANCED OLY LIFTING with JIM, 12-2pm and 2-4pm.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: As needed, until 10 past the hour.
MOBILITY and DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Coaches’ Choice, 10 minutes.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Complete 3 Rounds EACH for time with a partner – rest as needed in between rounds – only one person may be working at a time – use a stopwatch to time yourself! Your score is total time of all 3 Rounds.
