The difference between Eating Disorders and Eating for Health.

This FRIDAY is the LAST day to submit your recipes for the BCCC!  This SATURDAY from 530-730pm we will be holding a PALEO POTLUCK in the gym!  What does this mean?  Bring a dish that is “paleo” or as close as you can get to it – at the very least, just write the ingredients of the dish down when you get here.  Schmooze and eat with the people you train with, find out what they’re eating, find out how they’re training, find out what they like to do when they’re not doing “Fran” and trade recipes for anything you’ve been missing out on – ALL MEMBERS OF CFCC ARE INVITED!

SMR: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: 30 seconds with each: Cat Camel, Adductor Mobs (5 reps each side), Jump Squats, Duck Walk (about 30ft.), Leg Swings, Arm Swings, Handstand Hold
SKILL WORK: Clean and Jerk
STRENGTH: Clean and Jerk, up to a peak of 1.
METCON: 50 Bar Facing Burpees For Time.
