How to Become an Overnight Success.

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll Hips, 3 minutes. Lax Ball Shoulders, 3 minutes.
MOBILITY: German Hang, 1 minute.
ACTIVATION: Clapping Push-up Practice, 3 minutes.
STRENGTH: Bench Press, up to a peak of 2.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING:

Class is split into two teams:

In 15 minutes: each team must work up to a max Farmer’s Walk (with the handles) for each person on the team. In addition to this, each team must complete 100 strict pullups (any grip is allowed). Any leftover pull-ups NOT completed in 15 minutes will be subtracted from the average amount walked by each team.
