CFCC will be competing at the South Philly Rumble this weekend – come out to watch if you want to cheer OR if you want to see what CrossFit looks like when it’s not just for fun!  If you’ve got a team on your hands – let us know who you are by emailing me at!

A word on Ibuprofen from Dr. Kelly Starrett (CrossFit’s mobility guru).

For some of you entering the CFCC BCCC (starting on April 23rd) – this whole concept may be crucial to your success  – start thinking about what makes you feel LEAST stressed now!

SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll, 5 minutes.
MOBILITY: Kettlebell Thoracic Extension, 1 minute.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Practice the Overhead Squat, alternated with Spiderman Steps.
STRENGTH: Front Squat, up to a peak of 5.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: For men: 150 Pushups for time. For women: 100 Pushups for time. 10 minute cap.
POSTURAL RESTORATION: Lax Ball to Shoulders, 5 minutes.

Death By 10 meters.
