SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll as needed, 5 minutes.
MOBILITY: Wall Quad Stretch, 1 minute each side. Adductor Mobs, 1 minute each side. Gastroc/Soleus Stretch, 1 minute each side. Band Stretching for Overhead Position (pick your favorite or vary them), 1 minute each side. DYNAMIC WARMUP: Skill work, Review the hang squat clean.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: “Shiver Me Timbers” : 3 Rounds of as many reps possible at each station: Row for Calories, Hang Squat Clean (95/65), Thruster (95/65), one minute of rest
