Wondering what the old space looked like once upon a time? NOW I can show you! That’s Arrus – planning everything you currently see.
SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll, 5 minutes.
MOBILITY: Wall Quad Stretch + Overhead Reach, 1 minute each side. Pigeon Pose off the floor, 1 minute each side.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Head out to the alley behind the gym and run it from the exit of the building, to the end of the alley – walk back. Complete this cycle three times. If it’s early in the morning, just do this with a block of Chestnut instead (which should be less occupied at 6am and 7am).
STRENGTH: Conventional Deadlift, up to peak of 3. If you are deadlifting over 300lbs. you may not drop your deads, and you should use the Atlas Stone Drop pads to lift off of if you do need to drop for any reason (they are by the wall balls).
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: Red Light, Green Light… For 15 minutes. If you win, you get to make everyone else do 20 reps of something. Don’t take yourself too seriously 🙂
