SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Foam Roll, 3 minutes. Lax Ball, 5 minutes.
MOBILITY: Band Pec Stretch, 1 minute each side. Band Overhead and Behind you, 1 minute each side.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: 3 minutes of Double Under Practice. Cat Camel, Cat Stretches, Wrist Stretches, Forward Roll Instruction.
SKILL/STRENGTH: Strict Muscle-up
METABOLIC CONDITIONING: AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 3 Forward Rolls, 6 Burpees, 12 Double Unders, 15 Air Squats
