GYMNASTICS at 9am with Sammy:

SMR: lax ball shoulders, 5 minutes
MOBILITY: band overhead stretch, 1 minute each side
POSTURE & STABILITY: Tuck/L-Sit, 1 minute
SKILL: handstand walking
METABOLIC CONDITIONING:
Tabata handstand walking
Tabata pull-ups
Tabata L-Sit

5 ft Handstand walking: 1 point
Pull-ups: 1 point per rep
L-Sit: subtract 1 point for each break]

INTRO TO OLYMPIC LIFTING at 10-1130am:

Snatch, Snatch Drills – Clean and Jerk.
