This workout was built for those of us with great conditioning for monostructural tasks (think rowing, running, double undering). In CrossFit theory this is generally considered the basis for the rest of the skills you learn in CrossFit. If this workout is challenging you – it will be worth revisiting – short and fast workouts like this are great for you, easy to plan to do, and pretty much provide you with the raw data you need to know whether you are getting better at one specific specialization of CrossFit, power endurance.
