The movements of the next cycle!

The next cycle – taking us through the holidays and up to the CrossFit Total on Saturday, January 21 2012.

Where the numbers read with slashes this is the planned rep range from week to week.

MONDAY: Back Squat, 5/3/2/1
TUESDAY: Pull-up (Pronated Grip)
WEDNESDAY: Some longer metcons, neural recharge days, and surprises. Who doesn’t love surprises?
THURSDAY: Conventional Deadlift, 5/3/2/2
FRIDAY: Press 5/3/2/2
SATURDAY: Team Workouts
SUNDAY: Intro to Olympic Lifting

Gymnastics will not restart this week, but will start as soon as possible!
