There are no classes at CFCC today but a bunch of people are meeting at the south west corner of the square (near the Dorchester) at 9am to do the following workout, our traditional Thanksgiving nightmare, 400m walking lunges.  

If you’re seriously considering how sore you’ll be after a workout like this try this one at home:

Pick a distance to run and complete the following – 

10 rounds for time of:

Run the distance (there and back), lunge the distance, burpee broad jump the way back.
