SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Lax Ball to Shoulders, 5 minutes. Shoulders, 5 minutes.

MOBILITY: Barbell Assisted Thoracic Extension, 1 minute. Barbell Assisted Internal Rotation 1 minute. Barbell Assisted Internal Rotation Stretch, 1 minute. Stretch, 1 minute.
DYNAMIC WARM-UP: Medball Slam, 2 reps at a time for MAX POWER for 4 minutes.

METABOLIC CONDITIONING: “Standing Lynne” 3-5 Rounds for Max Reps: Max Reps Strict Press at 75% of bodyweight (or, 50% of max press – whichever is heavier), Strict Pull-ups (Pronated Grip Required!)
