You're going to need this for this coming Saturday.

Self-Myofascial Release: Lax Ball to Quads, 2 minute each side.
Mobility: Spiderman Stretch, 1 minute each side. Pigeon Pose, 1 minute each side.
Dynamic Warm-up: Double Under Skill Work, 5 minutes.
Skill Work: Clean Pull
Power: Clean Pull, up to a peak in 10 minutes.
Metabolic Conditioning: 5 Rounds of: Box Jumps (30/24), 10 reps, Double Unders, 20 reps.
